Most women wear the wrong size bra. The biggest mistake is getting the band too big and the cup too small. If your bra rides up your back the band is too big. If your bust bubbles out the top the cup is too small. We have provided some tips on how to choose the right size.
To Measure for fit:

With bra on measure under bust and across bust. Tape should be firm but not too tight.
(Note if you don't have a tape measure you can use a ruler and a string. Put the string around you and then measure the length of the string.)
Most bras have a variance of an inch or two. If you like your bras tight the band measurement should be close to what you measure. If you like them looser add 3" to 4" to your measurement for band size.
I recommend a snug but not too tight fit so it won't ride up your back or move around. A snug fit for the larger busted women is better support and helps keep the weight off the shoulder.
For the cup size subtract the under bust measurement from the across bust measurement the difference gives you the cup size.
